Job description

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor Degree preferred in Business Administration, International Business, Agribusiness, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing or other related field, or comparable experience.
  • Experience working with banks, financial institutions or other related entities preferred Familiarity with the farm equipment, construction equipment, truck/trailer, and/or aircraft industries preferred  
  • Ability to travel both air and surface -- valid driver’s license required
  • Stable and progressive work history
  • Experience with basic computer word processing, spreadsheet programs, and CRM
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills and negotiation skills both in person and on the phone
  • Ability to gain knowledge of the products and customers within the industries we serve
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible and open to change
  • Results oriented
  • Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
  • Detail oriented with analytical skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision

  • In Office Position. 4.5 day regular work week. Ability to commute daily to local office is required.

 

DESCRIPTION:

 

The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for focusing on developing the ever-expanding business relationships in the banking and finance industries as needed for Sandhills Global and their subsidiaries. They will work with nationwide, regional and state banks and financial institutions, and educate them on best practices for handling remarking of their returned assets by using Sandhills products and services. Along with this, they will also focus on educating these institutions on the market reports and valuation tools provided by Sandhills. 

 

The Corporate Sales Executive will work closely with Sandhills management and executives to ensure business development meets expectations. They also will collaborate with other sales executives and sales representatives in the company.  Strong communication and sharing of industry information in knowledge is key to this position. The Corporate Sales Executive must possess excellent presentation skills and ability to proactively assess business opportunities.

 

Travel both by air and ground is required for this position to help develop business relationships with the banking and financial institutions.   This includes attending trade shows, meetings, and other face to face opportunities with current or potential customers.  This is an exciting, dynamic role that will help take current momentum in these industries to the next level. Assume other duties as assigned.
