Job description

Description:

• Routine maintenance of buildings and systems.

• Equipment and building repairs including grounds equipment, plumbing and basic electrical.

• Monitoring incoming maintenance requests, prioritizing and responding promptly.

• Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, monitoring HVAC systems in the building automation system, spotting and communicating potential problems.

• Coordinating with on site contractors such as electricians, HVAC repair, elevator technicians, fire alarms, etc.

• Responding to mission critical emergencies during the day and potentially after hours. This includes equipment related to press production and data center operation.

• Pick ups and deliveries as needed at off campus locations.

• Grounds work and snow removal

• In Office Position. 4.5 day regular work week. Ability to commute daily to local office is required.
